We’re thrilled to announce the kick-off of Tae-SHS 2, the continuation of Tae-SHS project! The project is expanding both its content and country coverage, taking our mission of promoting sustainability, climate awareness and healthy lifestyle even further.
Tae-SHS 2 aims to build on the success of Tae-SHS 1, focusing on increasing public awareness of climate change and fostering sustainability in the taekwondo sport sports sector. Our goal is to inspire behavioral change in local communities and rural areas towards more responsible consumption. This aligns seamlessly with our commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle through physical activity and participation in sports using the Green Pass idea.
We’re planning a series of 14 events, including open sport events, virtual meetings for the martial arts community, internal trainings, and an international camp.
A major focus will be working on supplementing documents to enhance the application of the Tae-SHS policy, which supports taekwondo clubs in transforming their activities in a sustainable way. Tae-SHS 2 aims to upgrade the policy facilitating its adoption within partner organizations. Our target groups include taekwondo enthusiasts, coaches, trainers, referees, atheltes and the wider public, with a special focus on inspiring the youth.
This journey isn’t just about events; it’s about transforming organizations to become more sustainable, spreading awareness of the Tae-SHS policy, and encouraging action against climate change.
The project is coordinated by TF NSA Bulgaria and unites taekwondo clubs from Romania, Greece and Turkey.
