We are thrilled to provide you with an update on our Tae-SHS project, which uses taekwondo as a platform to promote climate action and encourage behavioral change towards sustainable living in our community, while also striving to introduce green management practices for taekwondo organizations.
Our team has worked hard to produce a comprehensive leaflet packed with information on eco-friendly practices and ways to reduce your carbon footprint. Check out the leaflet now to learn more about how you can make a positive impact on the environment!
The leaflet developed as part of the project served a dual purpose, serving as an informative tool about the project itself and conveying crucial messages on climate action and environmental preservation. However, its significance went beyond dissemination alone. An innovative idea was implemented, introducing the concept of the Green Pass. Holders of the leaflet were granted the opportunity to train taekwondo free of charge, encouraging participation and engagement. This ingenious initiative not only proved to be immensely successful but also promoted the preservation of the leaflet, as participants valued its practical benefits rather than allowing it to become litter. It served as a powerful example of how creativity and sustainability can intertwine, fostering positive outcomes for both the project and the environment.
